Silver Lake

Mama was craving some mountain air, so after church on Sunday we packed up the boys and headed up to Silver Lake.  Mama is not super familiar with the mountains in the Salt Lake valley but saw several friends post about it in the past few weeks so we decided to go.  It started raining as we headed up the mountain and we were a little worried, but determined.  It stopped raining just as we got to the lake.  We had the perfect amount of time to walk around and let the boys do a little exploring.  When we got back in the car and started heading down, it started to rain again... such a perfect day.  Rain in the mountains is mommy's favorite.  It was a beautiful drive, a beautiful lake, and our beautiful family.
