These poor boys want to play outside all the time, then they realize how hot it is and want to come in.  We do try to go out in the evenings.  They are starting to be a little more cooperative for mommy when she wants to take photos.  We have been to a couple splash pads this month and are going to try to make it a weekly activity.  They won't play in much of it, but they like the puddles and the small sprayers at the edges that they can step on.... but they have fun and that's all that matters.
